The FachaForte Morlan ZN3® electro-welded mesh was developed by Morlan, with the reinforcement purpose for mortar coating of facades on the tensile strength, preventing cracks which occur mainly at the masonry interface structure (beam/masonry and pillar/masonry).

The Facha Forte Morlan ZN3® electro-welded mesh complies with all requirements from the new Brazilian Association of Technical Standards NBR 13.755 of facade standard.

• It is manufactured with hot-dip galvanized wires providing protection and durability. It has a heavy zinc layer galvanization - 150 g / m², GUARANTEED!
•    It is manufactured from 1.24 mm diameter wires, providing the mortar coating with greater resistance from cracking.
• It has 25 x 25 mm mesh, facilitating the passage of the mortar through the mesh and providing the total involvement of the mesh by the coating mortar.
• It does not need to be stretched because it is an electro-welded and semi-rigid mesh, absorbing the stress right after its request.
