The Crioulo®Zn3 Morlan Wire rope name was inspired by the Crioulo horse breed, known for its resistance.
It is made from 7 hot dip galvanized steel wires with heavy zinc layer, which all together sums to 6,40 mm diameter. It provides high resistance (2500 kgf) and greater protection against corrosion.
Crioulo®Zn3 Morlan Wire rope is widely used for cattle shed and beyond high resistant, it is efficient and durable, provides better finishing to the cattle shed and greater visibility of its interior. In addition, the Crioulo®Zn3 Morlan also provides excellent economic advantage compared to a traditional wooden pen (in the construction and maintenance).
It is sold in rolls with 100, 250 and 500 meter rolls.
As a matter of fact, when we think about the construction of a cattle shed, we must keep in mind that this is the place where all the cattle handling is done (weighing, separation, vaccination, marking), therefore, it needs to be extremely resistant because it is natural that the animal forces the cattle shed trying to free itself from this place.
Knowing that the animal forces wire ropes that are at the top of the cattle shed (which are at the height of the head and chest), and that it does not force the wire ropes positioned at the lowest part of the cattle shed (which corresponds to the legs), it appears as perfect opportunity to further reduce the costs of building the cattle shed without losing quality and efficiency, installing the Nelore® Morlan ZN3® (1000 kgf) at the lowest part, and the Crioulo®Zn3 Morlan (2500 kgf) at the top.
In case you need you need wire rope for aerial plantations, Morlan also has the Frutamax®Zn3 Morlan.
