Barbed Wire Dyno®

The Dyno® Morlan Barbed Wire is made from hot dip galvanized steel wire for protection against corrosion and has a minimum resistance rating of 350 kgf. It is a very high quality wire, extremely soft, malleable and easy to handle.

It is made from  continuous twisting technique and its extremely sharp barbs are fix and interlaced between the wires that compose the rope, positioned at a distance of 5 ”(125 mm) from each other.

As it allows the construction of fences with curves and unevenness, without compromising the stretching of the fence, it is used to build barbed wire fences to surround large animals as cattle and rural fences in general, especially in rugged terrain and mountainous areas. It is also used for rural fences where the main requirement is an easy handling.

In addition, for greater protection during handling Dyno® Morlan Barbed Wire is sold in 400 and 250 meter rolls, wrapped in special wrappers, and anatomical handles that facilitating handling and allows stacking at the point of sale. 

The Dyno® Morlan Barbed Wire is manufactured according to the standards of the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards ABNT NBR 6317.

For those who are in regions with high levels of corrosion (such as coastal regions, wetlands or where occurs acid rain, etc.) and need a barbed wire with a heavy zinc layer, Morlan has Nelore ZN3® and Cercaço ZN3®.

Important: when using Dyno® Morlan Barbed Wire, also remember to use the Morlan Fence Spacers and Clamps - quality items that represent economy, resistance, practicality and agility to build your fence.

Continuous Twist Barbed Wires

The Dyno® Morlan barbed wire and the Rhino® Morlan barbed wire are manufactured using a technique called Continuous Twisting - a more rudimentary technique for the manufacture of barbed wires, which the barbed wire is produced with 02 thick wires, twisted clockwise, and its barbs are fix and interlaced between these 02 wires, positioned 125 mm from each other . 

Continuous Twisting barbed wires are a very high quality wire, extremely soft, malleable and easy to handle and install, however thick and heavy. This type of barbed wire is highly valued for its easy handling, being used when this is the main requirement of the customer.

Due to their weight, they are also commonly known as “iron wires” – in fact, Rhino® Morlan barbed wire, is the heaviest barbed wire in the Brazilian market.
